Open ecuflash and read your current ROM. Then scroll down to the section that is titled something like limits. In there you will find speed limited rev limiter and stationary rev limiter. The one you want to adjust is the stationary rev limiter.

YES, in fact you should always save your current rom before making any changes. In case you totally screw something up, you can always go back to the one you had before.

its very easy, just open the ROM, you will see a big list appear on the left hand side on Ecuflash with a bunch of unchecked boxes. Scroll down to the "Limits" section and click the box that says "Stationary Rev Limit".

Another small box should appear, highlight the number thats already in there (5500) and change it to whatever you want.

Save the rom and flash it back to you car.

I would say at least 6k. I have mine at 6250 with good results. You can try 6k and if you bog then just go back and make it higher.

There really isnt one tried and true RPM to set it to as there s so many variables such as the tires you are using, tire pressures, your turbo, track conditions etc. I dont drag race nor launch my car so I can't provide some feedback as to what works for me but what I can tell you is that the best way to figure it out is to try different RPMs and see what works best for you. Changing the value in Ecuflash literally takes 5 seconds so try a value and see what it does for you. Start low and work your way up.
