2006 ES Turbo

I have a 2006 Lancer ES 2.0L 4 Cyl (4g94). For quite a while now, I've been wanting to boost this thing's horsepower (No pun intended). So, I figure a good way to do that would be a turbo kit. I've read in several places that this is possible, and this engine can actually hold up to boost well. Couple things I am concerned with though.

Will a turbo kit fit on my car without a major hassle?

Can this engine actually hold up to boost while being stock? Such as, will I have to do a lot of internal work in order for me to not blow my motor?

145,000 miles. Is it worth it? I heard from a few people that because of the motor being at this mileage, then it wouldn't be worth it. When I ask why, the response I got was that "The engine has run so long without any forced induction, that turbocharging it could be rather harmful."

------

If it is possible with my stock motor, how much psi would it be able to handle, or what is recommended? Will I get any real power out of it?

And lastly, any recommended kits?

Thanks!

Mileage isn't always the best thing to go off of. Sure it's high mileage but more importantly, how was it maintained. Things will wear after time and at 145k chances are its closer to the end of its life than the beginning of it. But I have seen motors in better shape at 145k than motors at 75k

Evo turbo setup will work as long as you get a 4g94 turbo manifold.

Most guys say 10-12 psi is safe on the stock motor. They are anywhere from 180-200whp. I'm at 15psi 220whp. I been here for around 10-15k miles on a stock motor. Motor has 105k miles on it. I originally boosted it around 85k.
