valve adjsutment

how can I adjust the valves?

We did my timing belt, and it seems great, no issues, but I think it had a tick at startup that I never noticed before, if it was there at all. It did go away after a few minutes.

so.... started up the car again, no issues @ all..... while doing he timing belt, we had on the right side of the car lifted up, and since the motor had to be support, we also had a cherry picker pick up the motor on that side... So I assume what happened, is that there is a unit called the Valve Lasher, and it said in extreme circumstances, it can drain the oil it usually has out, and make a bad sounding ticking that should go away after awhile... well it did go away, and we went for a test drive. hours later, when started up, quiet, just as I remembered....

Basically, I think there is no valve adjustment, those Lashers are hydraulically adjusted?

Long story short, there is no issue at all....

we actually did the timing belt TWICE! because we heard the crazy loud ticking, and thought we were off a tooth, so we took it apart to see what was up.

Yup it's normal. I was concerned about it when I did my timing belt too. It was a bit noisy for a while then it went away. I knew the engine was fine tho because I would've immediately thrown a cel, which I didn't.
