Scuffed cylinders, risk it an run it or scrap?

Hey guys, I got an 05 Lancer Es with the 4g94 in it, it overheated on me and died a few days ago, and I just got the head pulled today and cylinders 2 and 3 have some scuffing in their walls, crosshatching completely gone in areas.

These two cylinders also had only 30 and 60 psi of compression (other two were a healthy 180). Right now I'm trying to make a decision, do I take a chance and spend the 100 or so bucks to get my head resurfaced (also gotta pick up a new crank sensor and crank pulley cause the little plate the sensor reads broke off the back...) and hope it'll run "good", or is it a lost cause? I'm sure the head was warped (none of the bolts were loose however, and oil and coolant never mixed, and the gasket looked perfectly fine....so I'm kinda confused, could the damage be why it died?) I'm just having a hard time deciding is it worth the effort mostly and money to chance it. Just looking for some advice or maybe someone has dealt with this before and has experience :P Appreciate it!!
