My son in law got an 09 GTS and wanted to do some things to it. I've been reading on here about putting a bigger TB on so I grabbed one off an 06 Endeavor, it's 63mm. Cleaned and polished it up but once I put it on the CEL kicked on and it had a crap idle. It also wouldn't go above 2500rpm when we drove it. I let it idle for about 20 mins after the install so the ecu could settle down. The ACS light came on too, which I thought was weird. Took it off and put the stock TB one and everything is back to being right. Did I just not let it relearn everything?
