mil eliminator help

ok, i got a mil eliminator off ebay and it says it works for any car.but i dont know what color to hook up to what, here are the directions.
black wire on the mil to black on the 02 sensor(there are 2 black wires coming out of each side of the mil)the other wires are blue and red the blue is suposed to hook up to a gray wire and the red is suposed to hook up to another grey wire.so if we have these two colors on our 02 sensor is that what i hook it up to(because these directions say its for a ford).if not witch one.and it goes to the second cat right?

MIL Eliminator = A neat lil toy that tricks the computer into thinking you have your cat, thus you don't have the Check Engine light blinding you at night.

I was trying to guess what MIL was supposed to mean. All I came up with is Mother-In-Law, in which case, the best MIL Eliminator is this:

Not sure how to do it, but I want one. Keep us updated how to do, if it worked, and how much?
