Allegedly the engine is balanced from the factory and there are a few different types of weights for the rod bearings. I did not see this in my motor. I had the same 8 rod bearings with zero difference between any of them. The only place I know to find stock parts is probably not going to be very affordable though.

BTW, some guy on E-bay was selling a spare block recently which may or may not include rods and bearings (I'm not certain). May wanna check there too. Good luck.

Mechanical parts >> Engine >> Pistons, rings and bearings >> and the three types are listed. Brown, black and green. All of mine were black.

$15.00 ea. cylinder it seems. From the description it seems they're listed in pairs.

ya unfortunally because the engine is balanced each part has different measuements

ive been told there are 4 different colors for the bearings themselves.

i figured i would just buy all four colors. and fit to match

They only list the three.

What's the reason for the different bearings though? Lack of precision in manufacturing leading to off-weight rods?
