dont heart to ask.

sup people..i got a 04 lancer es and OMG is slow compared to what im use to but then again i did not get it for speed only for daily use. i would not mind giveing it bit more punch if at all possible. can u change the chip on these engines? if so does it really make a diffrence? and will the dealer be able to tell its in there??

The RRM piggyback is the largest gaining mod you can do outside of forced induction. That's a 2nd vote for it.

kool but heres the thing i bought the best/longest warrenty package and i dont want to mess that up, when i bring the car in for a checkup will they see this piggyback thing?voiding the warrenty.....oh and could it cause damage or reduce engine life?? is there anything negative that comes with installing it??
plus what and were do i get this thing from anyway?

oh and not gonna cause anything to the engine...it just manipulates the fuel delivery due to the ECu;s readings

They shouldn't be able to notice it unless they peek underneath the glovebox where the ECU is. It shouldn't cause any damage to the engine; what does that is if you decide to start mashing on the car because it's faster. And as for negatives, the only negative other than possible warranty issues (which are slim to none) would be that you have to run 91 octane gas at all times.

Your car will be a lot faster after 60k miles lol. mine is! but yeah get the RRM piggyback! and header, and cai, and catback exhaust, and youll be okay. or take it back and get a ralliart!
