Best of luck to RRM and getting back up and running. Boe is right, place your orders like normal and it will help RRM get back up.

Very sorry to hear that, just as everybody else..

Maybe my only suggestion could be, from now on, to keep most of the actual inventory in a different location (warehouse) where no delivery directly occurs, which the address is NOT published, and actual customers are not going to for installations, etc..

This can also mean more space to actually work in but less inventory left in case of a 2nd break in.. Remember also that if the security itself doesn't get improved upon, leaves the chance open for someone else (or the same people) to come back and basically get all new tools, again...

just my 2cents..

THIS SUCKS *****!!!
this happened to a shop near me and they never found anything out. odds are in favor of that but lets hope for once they cattch these guys. what a bunch of bastards!!!. I will still be watching my credit card for charges i don't recognize, honestly that would get them caught more than anything, visa will pay for anything these days to catch *******s like this. i have a shop, and credit card companies are enemies and friends, depends on the situation. in this case, friends. if they do charge anything dispute it and tell rrm, that will save them (rrm) n the end and hopefully get the bastards!!

Man this really sucks. I really feel for RRM right now. Rob has been a great friend and really helped me out with deciding to upgrade my Lancer. I hope they catch the worthless pukes. This **** makes me sick.

I send my regards out to Rob and Gabe. Hopefully the crooks get caught asap, but I have my doubts on the ability of the police department. I also would help out if I was in the neghborhood, but it would take me three days to get there. Best of luck guys.

I'm really sorry for what happened. You guys are like the best suppliers for Lancer parts and I just think that it is way wrong for people to take others stuff, specially after all the work you do to improve our cars. I really hope you catch the bastards and hopefully get your rides and inventory back.

Let me just throw my sympathies in along with everyone else. RRM is a great company and I'm sure they'll rebound. I hope justice is served... ruthlessly.
