Some already know but many don't. RRM was robbed the other night. Rob(aka ROCK) had his sweet *** F350 V-10 truck taken. Gabriels sweet *** 1st gen baby was also taken. The theives took the entire stock as well as all the computers from the shop. They practically ripped a side door off to get in.

Another suite in the complex was also burglarized. This is a setback for RRM and though business is still open please allow for some delays as the entire stock was taken including a lot of tools.

The police are investigating and ask that everyone be on the lookout for these products being sold. They could appear on ebay or here. Any info on this can be directed to RRM or the Santa Fe Springs police department.

Support is strongly needed now more than ever... though i can't say the total amount of the theft it was very substantial. This has taken a big emotional toll on both Rob and Gabriel. Any and all assistance is greatly appriciated... the shop is a mess and is in the process of getting pieced back together. Please be patient with them now more than ever.

Jumpin' Jesus on a pogo stick! That's horrible. I'm guessing that means someone has a comp full of customer info too? Needless to say I hope they catch the ****er(s) and throw the book at em.

Sorry to hear the bad news! Will keep an eye out for any unusual sales for cheap prices on ebay and other forums as well. Mods, make this a sticky thread so we can catch the ba$stards responsible for this!

My best wishes to rob and gabe on recovering from their losses. If RRM needs ANYTHING, im willing to help out. I have a few peiced out computers that i can throw together to give to road race. I also have an extra printer and some misc. wiring. I also have some tools in my garage that i dont need. Rob or any other RRM peeps, lemme know if you'd like these things. If there is anything I can do at all, please let me know. My prayers are with you guys.

No customer info was accessable. Everything is stored on a server that is not located at the shop. Everything is password protected on the computers that were taken and they didn't contain any customer info. The shipping computer amazingly enough was not taken... seems it looks old so they left it.

All customer files are safe and sound within the RRM database and all receipts are locked up tight. Thus they did not bother with these at all. The went for everything that was easy to ****** and left by the looks of the place.

Let me just say again:

ALL RRM CUSTOMER INFO IS SAFE AND SECURE... thus don't panic about CC's or personal addresses being compromised. RRM stores info on a server off site and weekly receipts/files are locked up in the storage safe... they may as well rob a bank to try and get in there.

It may be nice if some locals could come by and help get the shop back in order. Things need to be packed up and restored as they ransacked everything. Also Rob is in the process of replacing stuff so he needs assistance in this as well. A little bit of Manpower could get the shop back on it's feet and the rest will be left to insurance companies and RRM's suppliers to restock. As i said before any and all help is appriciated... this includes continuing business operations.

All supplies are being restocked... there may be a slight delay on some things but RRM is getting things back in order. If you were or are placing an order please continue to do so as daily business must be maintained. Thanks for all the support guys... RRM is greatful.

 

HOLY ****!!! I WAS JUST CHECKING OUT FOR ANYTHING WIERD ON EBAY AND LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!! It is a brand new turbo kit for our lancers. new in box with everything that rrrm's comes with!!! Id seriously check this out. The funny hing is, is that they even offer to pay for $100 worth of shipping, which is a big no-no for such a high demand item at this price!

That's terrible. Nobody buy anything off ebay and such for a while. Just report any sightings to RRM. I hope they catch these b*stards.

 

Only thing that sorta throws it off is that intercooler. That's not the same intercooler RRM uses in their kit. But the other parts may very well be what RRM uses.

EDIT: Hey Boe, was the "turbo cabinet" raided? The one that Rob always wants locked otherwise he gets pissed.

 

also, I recommend not posting links to any questionable sales. Just mention that you found some and maybe PM a link to Rock or Boe. Sorry, although 99% of the members here are completely honest, there's that 1% that will go "sweet, a turbo for less than $3k" IF that is an RRM kit, I'd like to see the ebay auction close without a single bid, how about you?
