sometimes O2 sensors are reverse threaded, go down to a hardware store and get some cutting oil, or this stuff, I think it was called PB Blaster, aerosol can of stuff that made WD40 seem like water

What are you using to turn the bolt? I used a breaker bar that's about 1 1/2 feet long and they come right off.

smack it a few times with a wrench to break the threads loose .. wd40 again and take it off.

I got it, it was reversed thread, i think lol too much trama to remember. I dented it to hell and back but it came out, had my girl stand on it while i yanked it. I soaked the hell outta it but i think i was just turning th wrong way @ first. Oh check this, i BROKE a wrench trying to losen the back of my cat to get it off, what a cheap wrench right? was "drop forged steel" what ever the hell that means.

I'd go to the nearest sears and get a good set of tools, spend like $400 on it, nothin beats a life-time warranty. And glad to know you go it out

something like this comes with a wide variety of things, and even has tool chest for it

drop forged is the best process for making tools, and the steel in wrenches is some of the best (even the "cheap" wrenches).... actually, most of what you're paying for is the tolerance in the tool itself. That's why you pay more for a snap-on (very very tight tolerances) compared to the house-brand at your local parts store.

Anyway, I don't think they're reverse threaded because I distintly remember having to turn the sensor to the left (pushing up from where I was). I recommend this stuff called "PB Blaster" it's the best stuff I've seen for loosening rust, it'll run up a threaded section for a short distance and it seems to add a protective layer so future un-screwings are easier to do. In addition to the PB, I used a propane torch to heat the bung around the sensor and a 7/8" line wrench (it's like a box wrench with a couple teeth up top, for getting around wires and such).

That's what my roommate has, and I use it more than him or the other roommates combined.

The O2 and Cat bolts were frozen solid on my exhaust. It took an impact wrench and 650 ft/lbs to get them off.

Unclip the wire from inside of the car and put it on the ground or in a vice and put a pipe wrench on it, no problem. Its regular thread.
