Which WAY???
160hp? 200hp? WOW where you all going with that? From whatever research I've done pistons, piggyback, headers w/ downpipe, exhaust, cai, would get you pretty high, who knows maybe over 160hp (wheel hp). Nobody has high compression pistons yet. I know turbo needs a lot of effort, work, $$$, that's why I'm going to go NA way. BTW you don't need a clutch kit or brakes to reach 160whp it's just something to work with all the ponies. We shall see, I'm going to post all the reviews.

Hold on there ................. I didn't say there is one out there. It's probably very hard to get up to 160 whp for N/A Lancer. High compression pistons could give you some serious horsepower, from whatever I've heard around 40whp (it's not for sure).
I wanted to get pistons for a long time just because my engine has a lot of miles on it and possibly with pistons I could renew it a bit. If RRM is going to make a set for N/A Lancers then I will get them and get it on a dyno.

Yeah, you're right PGMIKE. I wasn't sure how much whp it was.
Quote: 'Add the rpw cams to this, port/polished head, Ported intake manifold, TB, CAI, Header, High flow cat, and catback you should easily see 160-170whp/wtq levels in the 5speed. With a tuned piggyback probably more.' -Boeturbolancer

Im yet to see anyone with a serious n/a car.

NA isnt cheap either. if you dont plan on doing the work yourself, or know someone that will give you a break, be prepared to shell out some money. either way though, its up to you.
That's one of the reasons I'm going N/A. Anyone can put on the exhaust on a Lancer, piggyback, cai, wires, whatever but pistons clutch and intake manifold could be pretty hard so I'll leave it up to my mechanic who charges me $30.00 an hour.
I'm still thinking about the TSI kit non - IC but for now NA.
