yur screwed. The plastic firewall will need to be removed from your wheel wells. yur gonna wanna run with a 35 series tire, yur still gonna rub the fender outside. those 18's are gonna be too big. I got a 50 series tire on a 16 rim, the firewall needed to be cut so the rub would stop. i am lowered 1.8 all around.

We have several members in our club that have 18s and unless they absolutely slam the car (down more than 2") they don't have rubbing issues. Granted they have to take bumps slowly, but that's a given precaution.

I have 18's and I rarely rub. just had to get re-alligned after I put the 18's on.

Had you run a search (or even just stopped by the tires, WHEELS, brakes and suspension forum) you would have found this stickied thread...
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ad.php?t=68953 (Everything you need to know about Rims and Tires)

And just like all of the other people who ask this question, you left out what is most likely the single most important spec in determining if those rims will fit...
What's the OFFSET of the rims? You want somewhere around a 42mm offset to avoid rubbing.

But yeah, plenty of people on here have lowered Lancers with 18s and 215/35/18 tires on them with little or no rubbing. It depends on the offset and the tires true width.
