Should I get JE Forged Pistons?

Should I get JE Forged Pistons?

I can get JE forged pistons close to 1/2 price and was wondering if I should get em... the specs are in the image attatched.

If you want. The thing isn't the cost of the pistons so much as the tediousness and/or cost of the install.

Unless you're high compression (assuming those pistons are higher than 9.0:1 CR) or forced induction though there's really no reason.

So if these are high compression pistons like the RRM one's itd be worth it? Anyone know how much install of new pistons costs?

Probably nearly as much as the pistons. Off comes the exhaust manifold, intake manifold, head, oil pan, and rods. That's the big things. Then you have to gap the rings and put the ***** all back together again.
