Buschur or Magnaflow?

Alright I got my header awaiting install and I'm thinking of getting a catback exhaust to go with it. I'm either gonna go for the buschur or the magnaflow system but I can't figure out which one would be better. Whats the buschur sound like with a header? I've heard the magnaflow and its got a somewhat ricey pitch to it.

I haven't heard the Magnaflow with a header but I did have my friend drive my car the other day while I stood there and I was very pleased with the sound. Far from rice or fart can. I would think that the header would make it sound more ricey though, which along with money issues, is what is keeping me from getting headers right now.

I have a Magnaflow catback exhaust. It is sweet. Perfect fit and nice deep sound to it. Does not burn your bumper! =D

i plan on getting the magnaflow later this year because i have heard so many good reviews on how it is not ricey at all and it has a nice deep tone, and that is exactly what i am after.

you wont be dissapointed by the buschur exhaust whatsoever. it sounds and looks great, fits perfectly .. and a great price - you can get it "on sale" .. for $315 and thats with a magnaflow muffler. see their thread.

Anybody here have their exhaust with a header? I wanna know what kinda sound and performance it has when coupled with a header, preferably RRM, but any brand will do.

To be completely honest, the differences in the two are:

1) piping size - Buschur uses 2.5" ID piping, Magnaflow uses 2.25". Not a huge difference, but every little bit helps.

2) muffler - Buschur gives you a choice on muffler and exhaust tip size. Magnaflow comes with (bum bum bum) a Magnaflow muffler.

Either one is a great choice. And as I recall, costs are similar. So pick who you like better.
