What would be the recommended steps, lowering springs then anti-sway bar or anti-sway bar then lowering springs?

that's a good debate, I don't think it truly matters

If the Trunk Bar connects from side-to-side at the very back of the trunk... What about the Rear Strut Bar? Where does that go?

Front strut bar: goes over the front wheel wells in the engine bay
Rear strut bar: goes over the rear wheel wells in the trunk
Rear tie bar: connects two bolts under the car
Sway bar: connects two points under the rear chasis of the car
RS trunk bar: right in front of the latch for the trunk and connects two points

All just take the removal of some bolts and the adding of the bar. The bars in turn stiffen the car chasis and help the regitity of the frame. That translates into better handling at higher speed turns and everyday driving. Each of the bars compliments the others.

For you, because you drive the ES, I would first suggest getting a sway bar, progress makes one. You'll have to buy perches and RRM sells them. For the other bars get a front and rear for sure. A tie bar and the RS trunk bar are cool to finish off your suspension bar set up but I don't think are necessary unless you are dead set on having a seriously stiff ride.

You need to also think about new tires, light weight rims, and some kind of lowering to finish out your suspension set up.

Ohhh ok Thanks. So the Front and Rear should be the first two to get. At least get that first? Should suspension be before the drivetrain or can I do either or first?

Really depends on the plan you have. Personally I installed my intake then my exhaust then my front strut bar. So I went for slightly better power first then I went with suspension. I'm currently waiting on some bars from RD designs, aka PDXrallirart/Rob. And once I am done with that I'll most likely lower my car. For the most part as far as my engine goes I'm going to wait till I have enough cash and then I'm going to do TB, IM, Headers, downpipe, and maybe eventually a turbo setup. But the best thing you can do is pick a goal and figure the best way to get there.

I should also mention that I've been doing some style and sound stuff to my car as well... it keeps things fresh.

And I think you will notice more of an imporvement from a rear sway bar as opposed to strut bars. If I were you I'd get the Sway bar then the strut bars. If cash is an issue that is... otherwise buy it all at the same time and enjoy the install. It's all quite easy.

Yeah because that's what I did so far. Intake then Exhaust. I was thinking about continuing the engine. Header than TB. But then I heard about the deal from PDXralliart/Rob so I was torn between the two.

Is it ok if I was to get the Header then jump to suspension and kinda jump back and forth? Or should I just stick to one thing?

Sorry for all the questions.....I just need alittle guidance!!!

I don't see anything wrong with going back and forth. It's not like the engine is going to go bad from you not doing anything to it. Just keep to a plan. That's all that you have to do. However, if suspension mods were always a part of you plan and a really good deal comes up I think that you should really consider doing it. I ordered most of Rob's bars because he makes good stuff at an incredible price but also because it was part of my plan.

I have my eye on the Kamikaze header. I heard good things about it. Nice gains so I really wanted to save for that. But on the other hand Rob has a nice deal going on. Well I appreciate all your help and time. I'll let you know what I do.

If you have anymore input, PLEASE give it.
