hey its looking like im picking up a greddy sp2 exhaust for my lancer...ive searched and can only find people who have it on there evo not on lancers, so i was wondering first off, why have i not heard of this exhaust being used? second this is a catback right? and third ive heard its best for turbo applications. is this tru? amd if so if iu buy one will i notice any gains whatsoever or a loss? i dont wanna lose the bottom end of my lancer, because its its only semi strength... let me kno what u kno about it plz.

totally OT, but when i first saw "sp2 exhaust" i thought "why the hell would they have service pack 2 for an exhaust?"

Anyhow..I've haven't heard of anyone I know with a lancer that has that exhaust. I know that Greddy makes a catback for the lancer called the Greddy Evo. It fits the regular lancer. I almost got that exhaust over my Magnaflow, but people I know had the Greddy Evo exhaust and it burned the bumper.
I suggest the Magnaflow catback. Cheaper and has a nice deep tone. =D

 

if you are worried about the greddy burnign the bumper, which it tends to do: hunt around for a CF exhaust shield. i think lancershop sells them: they look cool and hey, no burned bumper

 

plus..its more cf which makes your car faster! ....why don't you go with the magnaflow pete?? or go custom. there's a really good shop in the valley..

I have this on my car right now. Don't go by what greddy has on their site b/c they don't have half the things they make on there. If you go to RRM's site they have it on there. Did you not see my last post or what?

yeah well this guy is selling it and he said sp2 im like wtf ive never heard of that on non evo lancers, and i just need to kno what parts are supposed to be in the box.... im picckin it up this week.
