No reason to complain if u got the turbo on layaway. When u put it in then u probably wont complain about slow acceleration.
And just remember, it is gonna acclerate slow b/c this is not a race car its a beautiful family sedan.

Speaking of a catback exhaust, what exhaust is available for the 04 ES? Rock told me the only the Magnaflow axelback will work for my car. Is the power difference between catback and axelback major?

Who cares how slow you are, you're going to be going alot faster soon.
Plus if you have been reading like you said then you'll know what mods to do to go fast and get better throttle responce.
Don't forget to build up your topend horsepower while doing your bottom end also. It's like in math, what you do to one side... you have to do to the other.... Catback, headers, downpipe = Great top end horsepower... now take care of the bottom end... Bored throttle body, air intake, lower compression pistons, and match the intake manifold to the throttle body (bored out). If you don't mind losing a couple miles to the gallon then upgrade your fuel rail. Then if you want to go all out... Get the high flow mass air controller thingy (technical terms suck) made by Apex so it will retard your sensor and allow more air to the combustion chamber only if upgrade the fuel rail though. That way you won't run really rich....
Lol...you have pickup? Maybe that was a factory option in 2003, because my '02 sure is a dog.
If you're driving an auto, you'll always notice a delay between punching it and the eventual get-up-and-go.
Grats on the boost man, hope you get it soon.
