Well, honestly I bought my this car because I could do these mods. Jeep Grand Cherokees just dont have the same appeal. The only thing keeping me from ordering everything on that list today is the fact I've been out of work for the past couple of months, and the funds aren't there for your typical broke *** college student.

I wouldnt worry about turbo because it will be hard to get it to spool up for very long before you are making a turn. I would do some suspension mods as well as as better brake pads because the stock ones like to burn a lot. I went ahead a got the Axxis pads and they dont burn at all and believe me, I use these pads to the ultimate extreme in the mountains. This is somehting you should worry about though since you are going to be doing alot of hard braking. Hope this helps a little. O and BTW.... getting paid to run from the cops is a once in a lifetime job and I wish i could do it myself. Congrats man!!!!
You're really underestimating the 00+ Crown Vics. I've whipped them around tight corners really fast, and cops will beat those V8s into the ground to squeeze what power they can out of 'em at a moment's notice. Engine survivability is sacrificed.

And don't forget that the RWD gives them oversteer, in the Crown Vics more so than the Caprice Classics. It's very easy to induce these cars to slide around corners quickly.

Oh, trust me I've seen it, they do some pretty amazing things with such big and heavy cars. The one thing the chase car has going for it is the fact that not all of the cops are comfortable driving ***** out the way that is necessary to do sharp corners the way our FWD cars will. Tomorrow I'll be working day one of Cop skills, so if anything I'll keep this thread alive to give this forum tips on evasion.
