okay thanks! i contacted rrm this morning and they told me
"Call us tomorrow. You should have made sure nut was started right before tightening. Struts on car will be fine with a couple nuts. Call, ask for Rob. I will tell you what you can do. Don't worry. RRM"

I just installed all 4 bars by RDD (Thanks Rob) on my 2003 OZ. No problems, except carpet in the rear. Didn't have to bang hard at all. I did park on a level ground though, so the front K-bar needed wiggling a little. The rest were pretty easy. Going to a tire shop for a FREE alignment check (4-wheel) just to be on the safe side.

ONE QUESTION: are the screws on the strut where we install strut bars on attached to the whole suspension, springs and all those? or is it easily replaceable? thanks

But in all seriousness see what RRM has to say. They might have a solution for you. Oh and get some help putting it on sometimes it helps to have another set of hands holding it straight.

As said above, RRM has been very good at making their products fit. Maybe you should see about taking a small Summer trip to Los Angeles (Beach, Disneyland, Hollywood, whatever) and drop by the RRM shop.

i tried calling RRM yesterday. The guy who i emailed wasnt in the office when i called. And he called me back last night and left me a voicemail, telling me to call him today after 3:30. So I called at 4 today and their phone was busy. I tried several more times after that and it still didnt go through. Finally, the call went through, but nobody picked up the phone, i guess because it was already pass 5pm...... So SHOULD I bring my car to the STEALERSHIP for repair under warranty? if changing that screw isnt under warranty, how much would they charge me?
