HELP ASAP how to remove rear bumper bar!?

Can anyone tell me how to remove it? I did a search and found many posts that said you need to do it but no place that says how to remove it Give me alittle help here.

Take the rear bumper off, drive backwards into a concrete walls. The bar will still be there, just pushed in AND the bumper will fit.
