one of my biggest gripes is WHY did they put the tag location ON THE TRUNK on the ralliart sedan??? it looks TERRIBLE there.

Thumbs down Uggh!

WTF??? I hate it!!! Ditto on the Sunfire looks! Man O Man!!! Now it looks like a "cheaper" car. What are they thinking!!! I am going to ride my 2002 till it dies. You know mitsu did the same thing with the Galant(and the Diamante). the '98 - '99s were tight, with that chrome grill, but the more recent models after that, uggh!

Stay with Chrome grills!

i think we've heard this conversation many many times before...
just remember... this is what body kits are for :P

and as i've said earlier:

That is a very good point. Kits can change the appearance easy. But changing the chassis and suspension geometry is harder. Taht is where I think the Ralliart will excel. I am looking to purchase one and even I must admit the new headlights will take some getting used to. But the internal changes and improvements are what turn me on. Plus, I always find you need to see a car in person before you judge it.

i know that most of you guys hate the styin' of the "Ralliart Lancer" but realistically i'm sure most people would like it...it'll eventually grown on 'em...

which is more important? a car that looks slightly better but performance sux or an uglier car that can out-run and out-handle the "prettier" car?

i remember when the pictures of the evo came out...everybody hated it, now everybody is dyin' to get one...props to for bringin' MIVEC and givin' SI/SE-R/etc. a run for their money...

although if i didn't care about aesthetics at all, I would be getting a spec-V.... after much debating, getting a ralliart is more important...

(debating in the summer time when i was frequenting the mitsu dealship and the nissan across the street from that)

yep... looks like the Toyota Echo and the Pontiac Sunfire had a retarded baby... i was never happier than when i saw the new 2004 Lancer, you know why? nobody will be able to get new yellow lancers like all us cool kids with our sweet *** 1G Lancers!! Thank you Mitsubishi for making a huge mistake, i think the resell value of my OZ just went up a few grand thanks to that

i second the evo comment. everyone (myself included) wasn't really digging the seperated grill and such, and now i've really grown to like it.

check out the NEW poll on the lancer:

and if you can photoshop, make up an entry. here's the link and a teaser:

here is the complete article page
http://www.autoweek.com/search/searc...17077&record=1

long i know it took me a little digging to find it and the only thing that i like about the 04 raliart is the motor which only puts out 160 hp at crank so really its not that much more powerfull pluss its still a sohc motor any way i still like the 02 03 oz rally edt. thay just look better and brobally almost as quick.
