i had some warranty work done on the car when i had it.. the service guy took it out for a test drive and i have a log on the e-01 where it said he went 6600 rpm @ 21 psi... i asked him if he got on it while he was test driving it and he told me the truth.. so ya never know, the service guy might have taken it... if you ask him, maybe he'll tell you the truth..

i checked everything to see if they moved it. They didnt, and i couldnt let them know b/c i didnt notice anything was missing until after they were closed.(once i noticed i drove back up and they closed 20min befroe i got up there) I always take everything out of my car before i have someone else work on it, but this time i spaced and the one time i forget they steal shi!t. i dont know what to say to them b/c my family has bought 5 cars from this dealership, and i recommended my friend there and they bought 4 cars from them, i know the parts guy, and half of the service people. Maybe i can talk to butterfield (smokedmustang) and see if he can find out anything, he is always up there.

Seriously, just ask them, who the hell cares what they think. It was your stuff, not theirs.
...my contempt for all Mitsubishi dealerships grows by the minute. If anyone knows of an "honest" mitsu dealership, I'd really like to know when exactly you first realized that they'd made you their "b!tch" !

This is why I take everything out of my car the few times I took to the stealership.

read the first post..the one marked #1. if thats what ur talkin about, otherwise read below.

Also, I decided to let the whole stolen carwashes go b/c they were really nice to me today. The service guy with the 500-600hp bike hes building invited to go with him to watch them dyno the engine for the motorcylce. Also, there is a guy who owns a yellow oz with a hole in tranny, mitsu offered to let me and TeamAccolade keep it if the guy doesnt want it back. And they took tires off of 4 wheels today for free.

So i figure watch dyno and get blown up tranny to take apart and see how it works, and free tire removal = more than the $80 in crap they took from me, so i'm gonna let that go.

It still just sux that mistu dealer people would steal from me even though i'm up there so much and love to talk to the people up there.

I'm taking my car in for service Tuesday. (warranty work -- bleeding of the clutch, re-do on fixing my squeaky brakes, replace all squeaky bushings) Looks like I'll take everything out of my vehicle. The only thing that will be left is my subs and amp which are molded into the spare tire well. They would have to have some ballz to try and take those without me noticing. lol. I know for a fact most people in service steal from customers. I've seen em do it before. I worked at a dealership for about a year. *most* of those service people are low life druggies that can't find their place in life.. at least at the dealership I worked for. Good thing I found a real job and got out of there. =/

i don't feel all the service people at Family were/are that way, there were a few i'd rather not even know thier names, but the 2 we talked to seemed as honest as they were real people.

Yea, sorry. I didn't mean that for ALL service people.. maybe it is just the area I live in.. I've been across some places that do have good hard workers. There just aren't many by me. =/

I agree with you.. I know there are some good workers out there. I just feel sorry for the poeple who are constantly ripped off by dealerships, especially in the service department by workers who have bad morals.
