injen intake installion help!
i hanvt even started installing the injen yet, and im stuck on the bolt removal. When i tried to remove the 4 bolts connecting the MAF and air box, the bolt inside seemed to be held in place by 2 plastic wall, and when i tried to turn the lug outside, the bolt on the inside turned too, and the plastic wall broke off... now i kinda broke my air box and still couldnt take the MAF apart from the air box. QUICK HELP PLEASE!

I also broke off the coners so it would fit.

for some reason, when i set it idle, as many had said is necessary after installing intake, my car kinda rattles a tad more than before, is it supposed to be like this? And THANKS iMAPUNKCLAiMER for his advices! It helped me a lot! (He told me to clamp out the remaining plastic wall that is in my way of putting a wrench in, and he told me to use a metric 12 wrench to hold the inside bolt, then spray WD40 on the lug outside. Try not to let any WD40 go into the MAF) Hope this can help another person who's installing a new intake!

My next step will probably be to drill a hole to let the stock plastic air tube thingy lead in some cold air. Gotta go buy a dremel tool tho. I'll follow https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=137092

you could also do what I'm doing for air flow to your filter, and get the air duct from RRM for like 40 and install that. And with you being in Cali, you could probably just drive down there and they can install it for you.
