voltage stablizer and ground wires

i have a question, does voltage stabilizers and a ground wire kit, combined or seperate, help performance in any way? has anyone bought these both and tested them? i am thinking on buying for performance aspect, and has anyone heard of direct hits, and how it works, dsport tested too!

doesn't seem like many ppl get the voltage stabilizer but they look cool to me =P

yeh u should try searching around... but i think grounding wires just make the headlights brighter and some other minor things...

I was thinking about getting one for my OZ and my brother was gonna get one for his Ralliart.. search first. I hear mostly good things. Not so much increased horsepower, but smooth acceleration, smooth idle, brighter headlights and less static noise from your stereo.

If I ever do either (or both) it'll be because of my phantom electrical problems. Right now I have a short somewhere in the circuit that powers my dome light (basically the entire interior except windows and gauges) and my radio. Not that my car is running anyway, but when it is I'm going to be sans music until I can figure out what the **** is wrong. I've had fluxuations and problems with the dome light /door sensor since a botched alarm install, so if things arent' smooth when I fix the problem, I'm may try better grounds or a regulator to even things out.

Hey Silent...if you have an automatic like my wife and I, you should have a real noticable difference with the voltage stab. Once I put mine on, the engine seemed to run closer to redline than before. I also had the custom grounding wires...didn't seem to do much good. Remember now...I have an OZ w/ auto.

i Recently installed the Apexi Super ground system which is a voltage stablilzer and grounding system in one. there is a slight difference in idle and acceleration i definatly dont notice a drop in power when i turn on the air condintioner anymore but all in all its not bad but your not gonna notice any real power but i still think its good to have since it pratically eliminates voltage spikes so its pretyy much your decision if you wanna spend the money or not.
