Blown Engine 4G69 swap
No big deal. Paul, run some searches on B15sentra.net. The Spec-V sentra has a returnless system, and they guys that install turbo kits on those cars convert their systems to a return system. They drill and tap into the fuel rail and run a return line, and probably add a fuel pressure regulator or upgrade the stock one.
Nah. Easy stuff. The Civic and Integra guys have to do the same stuff when a K-series engine is swapped in. The only difference is that they have the luxury of just getting an AEM fuel rail that's tapped on either end. Makes it a whole lot easier for the regulator and return line set up. The only concern in my mind is the drive by wire throttle system with the 4G69. Not sure what angle to take on that one.
mmm, well traction control is programmed to the throttle by wire, where normal lancers don't come with abs. what an odd problem. would you require abs since the traction control is part of throttle by wire? could just end up being an annoying CEL.

also, there might not be anywhere on the intake manifold to bolt the throttle cable to. the holes would have to be tapped and threaded as well as find an acceptable donor throttle cable from a different car. not hard, just extra stuff.
hell you can fab a plate to bolt just about anywhere and from the looks of the ralliart forums there are alot of 63 parts that fit it maybe the tb does. But hell thats half the fun of a swap trying to redneck your way through stupid problems.
What items would I need in getting ready for this swap? This needs to be done soon... I need a car and my car is sitting with a blown engine. Engine I'd need with intake manifold and all that obviously Altinator, etc.... What else?
RRM Said They are quite different plus bellhousing on the Lancer tranny is
different. Prolly going to be best to stick to the same motor. We have
a used motor in stock. Just letting you
know. RRM
what do yall say?

Get a used 4G94 block from a local salvage yard. www.car-part.com is your friend. If you need this NOW, stick with the stock engine and grab some forged internals while you're at it. Whatever you do, don't let the dealership do it for you and take away all your money. You're looking at about $2000 in parts, and do the swap yourself.
