in the pic with the two cars, is the red one and oz or a ralliart, because it has the ralliart badge thingie on the front grille. Just wondering really, but I think the new grill on the 06's look a bit better, but I'm not really feelin' the front bumper. I'd still trade in my 04 ES for a 04-05 RA than the 06 one though.

 

I'm with Army here...I love the looks of my '02- '03 so much more. Spoke with a salesman from Mitsu the other day. He had been there from 2000 through present. He said that ever since the re-model of the lancer, sales have dropped. So, if that's the truth - you'd think that the lancer would be re-model again (maybe to something better looking).

 

i agree as well, i'm not a big fan of the newer lancers, just something about the whole roundness of the car that i'm not digging.

 

Everybody who complain about 04-05 model are 02-03 owners.

 

Sigh, they can't ever get the grill right.. lol. The 2006 ralliart looks decent though. And wtf, still no projector headlight option. (I think). Geez, even the Kia's have them.

 

i'm still not feeling the Honda Accord Headlight look. It'd looks to me like they are trying to push it away from the evolution

I agree. everyone who owns a 02-03 doesnt like later models cause they are not as good looking. The new ones make the license plate the center of attention in the rear(no good). Im glad i bought my 03 at end of production year new cause if i missed out on a new 03 I woulda been upset. new grill does look better but bumper is still ugly. that es picture looks like its high enouph to go off roading. at least there sticking to the rally heritage. lol

 

this is for whoever it is that runs this place, i was in the registry and i think it would be cool if you could search it by location, i typed in Chicago, but it searches mods so all i got was somebody who got their car tuned here. Just an idea. . .

whoa thats way way off topic. yah its a good idea. On the new cars the steering wheel is a little more sporty lookin. and is that the pheonix red color back? It looks close.

 

These are both ralliarts, look at the rims on the silver one... there the exact same as the ralliart.

I still don't like the new front fasica, but it'll grow on me.

yeah the 2002-3 models look the best, BUT however ATLEAST they come with matching side mirrors eh?!? i hate my black stock mirrors on my silver ES? Yo The Ralliart models look great though. A little improvement in the front end!
