+1, that's why I do not like the mustang dyno readings.
I fail to make the connection.

Why does everyone hate Mustang? used a DynoJet to get 120 chp, so a DynoJet gets 103 whp.

If released the factory Mustang numbers, it would be like 100 chp and 88 whp.

All it is is liking the higher number. Just like every other manufacturer...

yeah, but that doesn't seem to be true about the Ralliart. that car's power was underrated.

Yeah but, who is to say the Mustang dyno is more accurate than the dynojet? The makers of Mustang? I'd bet, just like the makers of dynojet say theirs is better. I say argueing over which dyno is better is like trying to say my intake is better than yours etc.

here's David@Buschur's view between the two:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...55#post1892573

he just says mustang to tune, dynojet to compare numbers with others since that's what most people have. also talks about how the two differ and how a mustang dyno can produce dynojet results.

I'm not saying one's better. I'm just saying that they produce different numbers. No one wants to hear low numbers, so DynoJet gets the majority of the business.

All I'm saying is this: 99% of the people I talk to have the attitude "Mustang gives lower numbers, so it's a ****ty dyno." And that's just stupid. Different doesn't make you wrong. I'd hope we can all agree on that, at least.
