I've never touched my BISS and my idle is perfect at 680-730. I'm curious about that- PM me if you wanna discuss.
Amby- I was hoping for a code number Pxxxx or something similar. If you have to check it again, let us know

BISS is same as Idle Air Bleed Screw on the lancer. Some use that term from older dsm's and in some books it just calls it the Idle Air Screw. All ways of saying the same thing.
The screw you turned was what they were talking about. Your mechanic must have turned it up for some reason or it got turned somehow. Either way you're idle range is back in focus so you shouldn't get that code anymore.
If you do then check for some leaks but since the idle was controllable it wouls seem that a vacuum leak isn't likely. If you have a chance to get ahold of a pressure/vacuum gauge hook it up real quick under the hood and read idle vacuum. 18-21hg is average idle range on stock cams.

Ok I adjusted the idle screw until the idlei was at a lower level (around 700) and installed the cel fix, and the CEL came back today after about 300 km of driving. Anybody have any idea on what could still be the problem? The mechanic thinks its the IM, but I can't think of what could be going wrong, maybe a leak?

Not sure what the exact number is but I believe its still that same "idle air control" code. It doesn't make any sense, it came on today while I wasn't idling, I was going like 40km/h.
i am having a similar problem, i cant remember the code its throwing but i have been told by the dealership and autozone that its the idle air control code. i idle fine with my A/C off but if i put it on i get a vibration in any drive gear, neutral and park are fine. i have had this problem since the start of summer and i have been fiddling with all 3 of my idle screws, i had it set to idle real high because it seems when i go ito a drive gear the rpm drops and starts vibrating but if i keep it high it wont drop 2 far and the vibration is tolerable. now i dunno what to d, i remember that i cleanre my throttle body with carb spray/throttle body cleaner - u think that killed my sensors? soemone help me please

Hahaha I got good news from the mechanic. The code being thrown is not the idle air control code, its the cat code. Turns out he put the mechanical fix on the header and not on the 2nd O2 sensor, so hopefully everything is fine and dandy now.
