First of all I love how you guys assume that I want to take a stock front end to replace my stock front end... NO... I was looking to get the Road Race Evo 9 front bumper for the 04-05 Ralliart, Carbon Hood, fenders, and Ralliart Headlights if it would bolt up. You guys just love bashing... I don't understand, I'm doing what I want to do to my car... simple as that... I just want to know if someone has prior experience or knowledge that these items bolt up to a 2003 lancer. Is that really that hard? If you don't have anything good to say then don't post a message here please... I was in an accident and want to put my car back together... as like you and others on this site... I love my car and want it to be mine " unique."

to be honest and not bash you as i never did but i think everyone thought you were asking about an evo 8's stock parts on your lancer.. but im pretty sure you cannot use 04-05 parts on the 02-03 lancer, i do nto have much experience with that..but it would make sense with fender bumper and headlights assuming the dimensions are all the same..best of luck with your repair

Missed this post, sorry,
Like I said, If you get the fenders, headlights, and other parts, the dimensions are the same.
You might need to fabricate some holes for them to bolt on, but I doubt it. I don't have an 02-03 Lancer to compare mine with but I believe that it should.

Lancers are kinda scarce around here otherwise i would try and find an 02-03 and measure it for you against my 05
If you want PM me and we can measure distances for the bolts and compare.

Hope This is the kind act you are looking for...We can be nice

alexis why dont you email sales@body-kit.com ask if you can buy the demo that they made.. i mean i know for a fact it never made production but obvious we had made it at least a one prototype, im sure its probably in the corner of our R&D facility collecting dust along with the other parts for this conversion..

Whatever. You didn't make any of that clear, don't try changing everything up to make yourself look like the victim of so many people coming down on you.

I don't care that you want to hook your car up, I'm all for it. I still think a modded Ralliart conversion is a waste, it'll eat up a lot more money then I think you are allowing for. *I think* the Ralliart grille for the '02 -'03 with the stock front bumper like this guy has(d) looks awesome:

Along with OZ lip would look best and be the most economical. That with a nice drop, no wing - or non Evo style wing, nice rims is great. Any sort of Ralliart/Evo moded/stock conversion is a waste *IMO.*

Obviously by now you realize no one has done a '04-'05 conversion on an '02-'03 so if you are so intent on doing it, just gather all the obvious parts you need and take it to a good body shop tell us how much, or do it yourself and write a nice tech article covering the procedure.

imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, i cant understand why evo owners get so bothered with their base lancer cousins wanting to restyle up.

alexsis525 mod your car the way you want to not what others tell you. you got the right idea.

maybe he just wants to be unique and not another lancer with a ralliart grille and OzZzZz lip...

If you look back over this thread and the hundreds like it, there are Lancer owners saying its a bad idea too.

Agreed, but he posted on an open forum looking for others input.

You're right, they are so played out. I see them everywhere. /SARCASM
The above is just a starting point. Add A CF hood, a non EVO or non-Battlestar Gallactica style kit and I think its on its way to being great. But right there where it is is cool too.

ok, dont know if the question on fitment for anything has been completely answered, but just to end it, NO, evo 8 bumpers, 04+ bumpers, 02-03 bumpers, none are compatable. thats why 04+ lancer owners were begging for kits when it came out, or else everyone would just get kits from evos, or 02-03 lancers, headlights are all different, so to swap parts from evo to different year lancers will require modification.

Yeah but I think he's thinking of swapping out the whole front end of an 04-05 to his 02-03 that would work (I think)

Yes I'm looking to swap the whole front end... hood, headlight, fenders, front bumper. And if you look at my profile, my car is a 2003 black oz with a ralliart front grill.. or did have a front grill...I'm going to miss that because it was my most prized possesion on my car. It's time for a change.. and a drastic one. I appreciate all the positive input and opinions that not disrespectful...! I've emailed rob @ RoadRace... he said "All together would fit with headlights but that that would require a lot of work .I do not recommend it. A lot of fitting required." I still have hope that it would work, but that's only if I continue to go that route. I'm still shopping around... but when I find the right look I'll let you guys know.

you would be better off selling the car and buying a 04-05 then getting it custom fitted on, ya might as well get a ralliart
