techinically even if the car is not paid off, you did pay for and therefor own the aftermarket parts. Call your insurance company let them know what happened and if need be have them contact the police to escort you over to that biatch to know what's up and that you can remove YOUR after market parts since you are replacing them with the stock parts you know as in restoring the vehicle to it's original condition! if not go bust his azz with that bat, get them headers off and wack his azz with them too and thanks him for his time! that is BS!

 

well talked to my insurance, for everything i can furnish a recept for, they will pay me ( minus depreciation value )

i don't have my recepts for the stuff i got from RRM ( i paid rob dirrectly with paypal for some of it ) so i pmed him, they are going to fax me a recept for my insurance!

i know i sound like i've turned into robs fluffer but DAMN RRM has some quality parts and customer service, even the adjuster that inspected the car said he was amazed that the tower bar didn't bend or snap at the bolts, and he noticed the same thing that i had noticed- the radiater was smashed into the headers with enough force to mold them around the headers, but didn't warp the header!

 

oh also, the money ill get back from parts i bought from RRM alone will cover my deductable PLUS give me enough to pay my bills for this month since i havn't been able to work with my wrist f-ed up, they are really getting me out of a bind.

yeah like everyone else said show up with your insurance guy or whatever... and its true thats not his car yet... he doesn't have the title... or just show up with a police officer at your side that way if he calls the police he doesn't need to yell too loud....

Well, I was wit em...
This dude was an A$$HOLE!!!
I called em up and pretended like the Headers where mine, to say that I need to get them cus their nor his or the owner of the vehicles, and he still gave me $hit about police and goin to jail.
Then I basically told em, "I lent the owner that part, It not like I knew he was gonna crash. So No, youre going to jail, cus you have something that doesnt belong to you, nor which the insurance covering as if it were the owners property, and you wont let Me have it back. Thats Theft!"

So he repeated himself about the callin the cops and hung up on me...

BUT!!! On a good note... Drew and I wacked at the window with a HUGE 3ft Super Mario wrench, and it didnt even scratch em. The wrench just bounced off.
It took 24 or so wacks to finaly break the glass...
