If you want them to insure your mods, the cost of insurance goes up.

If any of those mods hurt the car or cause the accident, then you're in trouble.

But if you have a CF hood and you get rear-ended, nothing bad will happen.

Ok, one last question. which is better for modding to Evo7, an 03 OZ rally, 03 LS, or 03 ES. Which lancer is the easiest to mod?

errrr. doesnt really make a difference. only difference is on the oz rally you just have to remove the lips. so I guess answer is es or ls.
