03 OZ Lancer Evo7 Conversion

I am thinking about buying the Evo7 conversion. I have two in mind and its the ACCOLADE Techsport Evo7 Body Kit or the ROAD//RACE CARBONTRIX EVO 7 STYLE CONVERSION KIT. I can't decide, they both look so convincing. Anybody got some advice about dealing with the companies or the kits. Any suggestions? Which kit is more accurate?

Joshua this may turn very sided and a heated debate since both companies are now in competition in everything..

But you can do search we have had our fair share of issues but a vast number of success as well.. my personal trader rating is very good, and im one of the highest rated vendors on the site.

On show and shine there are two members commenting on their recent kits being perfect fitment and great service..

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...light=accolade

Looks wise they maybe on par, but the accolade is the USDM one, the one meant for your car.. good luck with your decision we leave it up to you..

I would go with the RRM one. Not to say anything against Accolade, I just think it's a little nicer looking and Rock is one of the best with customer service.

RRM is more expensive (only slightly) but you pay for perfect fitment and great service EVERY time. Not just MOST of the time.

The choice is clear to me.

If a consumer isnt wise enough to pick accolade, I advise ebay as the best alternative.... before they linked up with Import Trenz they didnt have any body kits now all their kits are the same as import trenz and their resellers, you would pay more for something less, might as well get the same non-USDM fitting parts on ebay, just that they have different pics on their site.

Nobody is buying their body kits though, people are only buying our kits for the simple reason our parts look better and overall less work to install and better quality.

I have the evo 7 kit from import trenz and i had to do NO modifications to make it fit. it took me about 5 minutes. I was only test fitting it and did it by myself and EVERYTHING lined up perfect. that's just my 2 cents though. I would recommend searching. also check out shipping and see who will ship it for less.

check the for sale section on here too.

To my knowledge the front rebar needs to be removed on the trenz kit, which is not safe. We still carry the best package deals, our rear bumpers look way better in my opinion, and we allow you to mix and match on over 9 of our designs for lancer ! and the hoods on the IT kit dont come with rain guard vents.... There is alot missing, where the accolade is better designed and more complete, and much better priced.

i would suggest searching about the past history of a bodykit vendor before you buy from them.

We could definitely guarantee the forums our best prices, and offer their parts mix and matched to our own.. So that would be the main benefit.. Im stepping it up for 2006..

I guess you are with the perf part entrance and all. great job!

My opinion is to keep the usdm lancer look (meening non conversion) and get an evo hood with either rmr ver2 lip and a ralliart or evo grill and your set to go on an oz. or ken style kit.
dont get me wrong, some lancers look great with the conv.
I say on a conversion...... accolades is not FG I dont think so its more resistant to damage I do beleive. that pfrgpd stuff.
