I am using MAaudio subs.
Also do not run your amp turn ons through your HU instead use a 150 amp 12 volt breaker! Then lower your amp gains to match your HUs voltage output!
You will never completley get rid of diming but you can reducit till it is barely noticable!

OK Ok .. I put the system back in as I remove it during the cold winter months..
Any way this battery makes a huge difference!!! The over all responcivenes of the system and the impact of the attacks is improved by around 20% and I have ZERO dimming of the head lights and dash lights now.....!!!!
The bass and low mids is tighter due to the faster disharge rate of this battery!!
I recomend this battery to anyone who is into high volume car audio...

know what the problem would be with mine! it sorta sounds like the car doesn't want to start, but it started like a dragon when I first cranked it up last night! and everything was fine! I drove a round a little to reconfigure my ECU and all that, butthis morning my remote start would not crank it and the was a clicking sound like it was trying to start, but nothing and when I get in the car and try to manually start it with my key it like it chokes and then vroooommm! Any ideas?

Ohio Generator. They make whatever you need. Just dont go too big. I hung a 200 amp alternator on a 1.5L Honda Civic once and the damn thing wouldnt idle. The draw killed it. LOL
Also Optima Yellow tops are quick discharge, quick recharge batteries good for systems.
Red tops are deep cycle batteries for long running on battery alone. Good for systems too but you will need a cap if you have headlight problems.
Blue tops are marine batteries so they can completly discharged and sit for months at a time then be recharged and hold that charge.
BTW: these batteries are made by Interstate. They are much cheaper if you buy the Interstate version instead of the Optima version.

ok i have a question that is semi-related to this.
i have remote start installed on my car and sometimes the crank time is not long enough to start the car when the engine is cold. Im just wondering if getting any of the battery above would solve my problem, since i dont think theres a way to change the crank time on the remote start system.

The phrase "jerry-built" has a separate origin and implies shoddy workmanship not necessarily of a temporary nature.
The term "jerry-rigged" is a relatively recent mingling (or perhaps garbling) of "jury rig" with "jerry-built".
