MINE broke too! I was just getting the wheel on the car and the ****ing jack broke and the whole car fell on my wheel causing the fender to buckle outward. We went to mitsu and they said it was my fault and they cant do **** for me! I hate those people

Do not call them raising hell. Be polite. Print those pictures and write a concise, well written, to the point letter and send it in. Do not make any threats.

Threats only come after I don't get the answer that I want. I try to play nice in these situations.

You might not want to mention that you use a wooden board to add extra height...they'll prolly use it against you...

It really isn't for extra height, well maybe it is, but I mainly use it so the jack doesn't have to be cranked as high, or if I had to use it on uneven or soft ground.

well say ur chaing a spare and the jack breaks cause ur car to fall to fround break stuff.....pieces of the jack then fly out from under the car wacking you in the head and causeing seroisus injury.....so it doest matter how you use the jack....it could still cause some major problems....
