I got a letter yesterday. It is telling to take the letter to my local dealership and they will order me a new one at no charge.

I am glad that this is not going to be a hassle. Sometimes it pays to be patient and calm.

 

I remember sometime last year somebody had a similar thing happen to them. How are these things not recalled yet?

 

Because that would cause Mitsu to spend extra money...

 

ok so they just said "o your unsafe piece of **** jack broke ... its ok we'll just give you another unsafe piece of **** and call it a day" thats weak something like that needs to be recalled imo

 

I agree it needs to be recalled. I can think of it this way, they had to give me two jacks for free.

I have replaced the the new jack already with something a little bit stronger. I just wanted to see if I could get Mitsubishi to replace my jack.

 

yah bro get on top of that....I always use a floor jack for my stuff. You should too.

 

mitsu stinks. i wish i had aids so i could bite them.

Take the screw that broke and cut your leg with it then you can get some money out of mitsu lol
