I bought my 2002 Lancer ES with 21,000 miles on it. How many miles do you think the Lancer can put on it before it starts getting bad. I want to start modifying it with a turbo and everything else, but do you think this is a waste of time or am I just worrying myself and 21,000 miles really aint that bad? This is also my everyday drive around car, so more miles are put on it everyday. So what should I do about the turbo? Go ahead and install one?

 

Install one I dont foresee you have any troubles. Now if you were at like 70k I would definately wonder.

 

i have 30000 on mine and still plan on doing stuff just take car of the engine and take care of the car and it will be good back to u

Thanks for the input guys, I just wish I could have bought it brand new, but I bought it used with those miles. But with the turbo I'll put in and other mods for the engine, it should be great.
