O2 lancer = slow= I need help

Ok heres the deal. I am forced to sell my 94 integra which led me to buy my 02' lancer oz rally. Its a nice clean beautiful car and all but it lacks the speed that my integra had far superiority of. I know there are like a million how to's but what mod would be the cheapest biggest gain for this car. I just cant go on like this with this lancer being slow. I just want some peoples opinions on what they have had work out good for them for a good price staying naturally aspirated.

Intake, header, exhuast.

Unfortunately, without dumping a lot of $$ and going FI, you'll probably always be disappointed in the performance of your lancer. The ralliart is the only "fun" one i've ever driven. just my .02

So heres a question that might be a "oh that stupid newbie" question, but whats so different between the RA and the OZ. My OZ has cold air intake, thats it. Performance wise i am disapointed, suspension wise it handles good and corners descent but way to high off the ground.

Ok, that makes a difference. I was thinking that since i have cold air intake that a higher flow exhaust would make the bigest cheap difference but i dont know, tell me what you think.

Just get a non-IC turbo from RRM or if you want to stay N/A get a header, intake, piggyback.

2.0 lts 120hp versus 2.4lt mivec (similar to vtec) 162hp. ralliart suspension ,4 disk brakes ,16 inch wheels ,short throw shifter like the one on the evo etc...

4 channel ABS, EBD, and it's underrated at 162hp.

From what I've seen, it puts down the same numbers as a Spec-V, which is rated at 175hp.

It's never going to be fast unless you turbo it.

The besT MOD IS piggy back ECU. (unfortunately its a b1tch to program and install)
I would go with a nice exhaust, u get compliments on look sound, and it also gives u some performance =) Intakes are always nice to but i would go Short ram if yer doing the installation because it took me about 4 hours to try and figure out where to move a bunch of crap in my ralliart so the CAI would fit (its a great mod in the long run)... Its really all up to u. ( I would go exhaust even though its not the biggest gain )

RRM's piggy comes pre-programmed, and install only took me 30 minutes or so. Now that I've done one, I could do another in 15-20 minutes. It's not that hard.

dude i dont wanna sound like one of those evo guys that ar ejus tlike "just buy an evo", but if yer planning on going forced induction, just buy a ralliart. Look at the bright side, new warrant, more HP, prolly same price as FI if u sell yer car to the mitsu plant if u run them down a couple grand. But definately go FI. And Myszkewicz are u running any type of screens or w/e off yer piggy ( i guess the only reason i had trouble was because it was only my second mod and i had nOO clue what i was doing or hooking it up too. Yer for the most part right, now it would only take me 30 -40 minutes to install, only since im kinda noob.
