Hi. Well, I just wanted to know if it would be weird if I put Ralliart aftermarket products on my car since its not a Ralliart. I know it's dumb to some pople, but I would like to know. I don't want people thinking I'm a poseur. Well, thanks and I hope you all can help a n00b out.

I want to help you out here. It is RalliArt, not rally art.
Both should fit. Are you talking about the stock RalliArt air box? If so, isn't the same design as the base Lancer's air box?

damn DJ you chimed in but didn't close this? Are you feeling alright?
If you want to pay extra for the RalliArt products then go ahead. However I honestly believe you'll get performance as good or better than R///A parts for less money if you take a look around. No one cares that 90% of the mods to my car are DIY when they look at the leader board and I'm in second behind a 76 Scirocco that's been gutted and had a 2.0L motor dropped in (stock was 1.6 IIRC...) and I'm ahead of the guy that has taken 1st overall the last 5 years in a row. Food for thought.

And to piggyback on what Alchemist said - if you can't even spell Ralliart, why are you so worried about getting their parts? Just whoring for name brand?
If it fits and you like it, then do it. Other people may say stuff about it but your not doing it for them your doing for yourself. But to amswer your question i wouldn't go putting ralliart badges on it like arnold16890 said.
If it makes your car better and more personalized for you, then do it. It's all about making your car look and feel how you want it, and "Ralliart" is not posing at all, they sell upgrades for all mitsubishi's in japan. JUst don't put Evolution badges on your car.
