Lancer-eclipse compatability

would a 2L Eclipse 4g63 engine fit in my 93 1.8L lancer?

you should check the mirage boards or check in the international section... most guys in this section only know of the 2.0 lancer... unless you get lucky and one of the mirage guys sticks their heads in here.

Simple answer - no.
Long answer - yes, but it'll take a lot of time and money to get it all to work. General estimate is $10k, but of course it could be less depending on the shop and exactly which setup you use.

Closing this, because we have LOTS of threads about motor swaps...
