I don't like cheap parts but...

So I was having a browse around and while looking at tie bars and such, I noticed none of them have 3 contact points. Most are one or two. I prefer having all three bolts tied down. I finally found one... but the price scares me... $45 for a tie bar...? Should I be wary or is this thingie okay? Anyone have experience with it? Also, the Lancer is a 2.0, not a 1.8... Typo? Thanks for any help

the bar is too short in length and the brackets make the bar sit too low.
