Question Has this ever happened to you...

This past weekend i got my car serviced at one of those oil change places. New pennzoil blend and also had the tranny oil changed with GL-4 plus ( synthetic ) and had it totally washed and waxed and armor-all'ed the interior. Oil change place also filled up the tires with a little nitrogen action too.

Driving the last few days has been really nice. Car is smooth and comfortable and the ride is really firm now.

I've had this car since August '02. Bought it right off the lot and it's been with me ever since so maybe the car is connected to me in a way. I just feel like the car is happier now that i got everything done to it.

Anyone else experience this after really cleaning their car and getting serviced

Just curious.

my car got a little happier once i got the suspension and wheels all aligned. Also since i filled my motor mount my car feels a little more up to the challenge.

Perhaps (i dont know why they would just for an oil change thought) during their work they disconnected your battery reseting your ECU, which...well would make it feel "like a brand new car", that along with your cleaning it, would make it seem all new and ur...happy..?

why? wheels and tires weigh more? thus making the car work harder?

My car is so dirty inside. I need to armor all the inch of dust off the dash. Then my car would be happy

I know exactly how you feel. Everytime I clean it, change oil, clean filter, do anything like that, I feel much more confident in it. sometimes i actually think it drives better clean
