I'd take Evo due to AWD only. That's just to much power to truly be streetable and the opportunities to push that power would be few and far between. Challenges would be minimal especially if there were turns involved.

J_Rooster: You mean the TME Tommi Makinen Edition yes?

But with 300BHP at you can take people's money with an OZ with a limi and proper suspension mods you wouldn't have to worry about torque steer providrd you feathered your clutch porperly.

I just see more fun from a 300HP car thats a sleeper than a 440 car thats not especially with so many people thinking about buying them.

I see a lot of arguments for the Evo but they all seem to be unfounded. No one actually knows what shape the EVO will be in when it hits the US. The OZ is here now. Who needs to wait a year for AWD if thats all any of you want in a car go buy a WRX and mod it.

Plus how many of you have given a thought to gross display of horsepower by the all important BURNOUT. Not to many AWD Cars are good at doing that as far as I've seen.

and u think fwd is good for doing burn outs? for whatefver reasons you say you will take a 300 hp oz over a 440 hp evo is jus talk...if ur given the chance to pick from the either 2 for free you would pick the evo just cuz 1. its worth over twice as much 2. it looks better. 3. it handles better...and i dont care what suspension mods you put on the oz...its still fwd...which means it will always be inferior to awd. oh and 4. a 50 percent power increaes...i dont care if u say oh i dont need that power or i dont want it...but if u were given the chance to have it you would want it. unless you cant afford the insurance payments on a very high powered car but im jus assuming no price is involved since nothing was specifed about that

Sure they are! I see GTR's do burnouts everytime I go to the races. You push a button, front brakes lock and start smokin' em!

Cool

I respect what EVO crazy had to say and what you had to say Evo Penguin. But as far as FWD burnout las time I checked it was called pulling the E brake and flooring it to do a burn out or a lil thing called intergra GSR with 400 HP popping the clutch at oooo 4K RPM and melting through 4th gear. And if I wanted AWD I would've bought the Subaru WRX instead of the OZ. Like I said its called sleeper. AWD doesn't make a car a driver does. A moron in an Evo could easily be out driven by someone skilled in a CRX on an Auto X track. So if you entire arguement was to be based on the fact that the EVO was AWD and whoa that it looks better. Well looks are nothing a good body shop can't fix.
