Drop the car... it should relatively help you out w/ your situation. The wing will also apply the necessary downforce when at high speeds.

I bet you're still riding at stock height right? And our lancers do sit pretty high. SUV status...lol

By the way, if it'll help you out at all....

I have Tein basics, dropped at a considerable height. Front and Rear strut bar. I do excesses of speeds over 80 and never had a problem. I have no wing!

Granted, new tires probably couldn't hurt. But they aren't the answer.

Yep definately Evo wing. I had the same prob wid my OZ but after i had the wing installed smooth sailing even at 110MPH .

Ya, my car is still sittin up at SUV height. Are you using just those springs or do you also have new shocks? I've read on here the shocks are blowin with springs in a matter of months.

actually, i think the front end gets really loose going fast in the Lancer..pretty dangerously too. Lowering like everyone suggested will definitely work. Getting an Evo will definitely work too

Tein Basics are a Coilovers. Shock and Strut Assembly in one.

what about those front spoiler looking things. those little fins that stick on the side of the bumper (i forgot their name) would those help stabilize the car at high speed?

If your front end felt loose, then yeah IF you do extensive wind tunnel testing to make sure you have them positioned to actually achieve downforce.
90% of the canards you see are for show by ricers.

Coilovers are da bomb...I got some TEINs myself...gotta put them on.

I need to replace my control arms and all the mounts...getting some vibrations and not sure it's brake related.

Any ideas when the front wheel bearings start going out and what type of symptoms they cause? Sorry for the OT but just trying to talk about more suspension stuff.
