An ode to Road///Race...
If I remember right RRM had the same problem when they were first starting out... so it's not uncommon for something like that to occur. But look at them now, they have like 4-5 shop cars given to them by dealers wanting them to develop parts for these cars. It's been a long road for them, at leaset 5-6 years im sure.
If Phillip wants people to test his kit for him he's probably gonna have to sell one or two at cost or maybe even at a loss.

yeah, new things take time definately and TRUST needs to be built up, meaning good customer service and quick responses and help. RRM definately has that.
Just saw the thread. Thanks for appreciating us. As for others not appreciating us, I guess Kareem reads what he reads. There are still lots of people who appreciate us for our contributions. We truely like Lancers and like beating on EVOs and stuff so we want to see our customers do the same!
I was glad to help you out with the install and make sure nothing got hosed on your new suspension and that you stay SAFE too!!
As for pricing, I gotta say one thing, some of our stuff is expensive. I will not compare to anything or anyone else so no one get me started. But inventing , and R & D costs money. Most parts for Lancer were made by us or we lobbied companies to get them made. Direct influence we had for lancer products includes PRogress, TEIN, Greddy, Magnaflow, Clutchmasters. Other stuff we made has been copied by competitors and whored out. It is kinda sad but true. No one thinks that way about it cause all you want is to save money. Regardless, we never said we wanted to make Lancer stuff, we wanted to make the Best Lancer Products. I think we have done that too. Good news is some prices will drop, other stuff we will just stop making and let let ****** and copy cats sell and we will be on to other cars and other projects.

i personally think rrm have great customer service when compare to other companies who offer lancer parts. I am pretty sure many ppl here appreciate all that rrm has done, and i think thats a fact
