North Star Creations (NSC)

This company is ridiculous.
Ive mentioned this issue Im having in a nother thread, several months back..
Now it needs to become its own thread.
I ordered from them in JUNE and still havent recived a single item.
Alot of people wear doggin' NSC, and I figured.. "I'll stick it thru before I bash 'em, and maybe something good will happen.." then along came blacklancerr who stated he knows them (the guys at NSC) and would be willing to relay any info to them from us here at EvoM.. I also contacted NSC.
So he did, and apperently for my patience and troubles I was to be sent an additional item for free, and itd be sent out immediatly (this was also months ago).. So, ok cool!
NSC also had said that they'de send my items out, at this point..

Its almost Christmas, and I still havent seen a single thing!!!

Im calling my bank and having them get my money back immediatly.

Has anyone here had this issue?
Seriously, Id'a been happier if they had sent me some generic parts even, rather than not sending me anything at all..

Im beyond pissed.

It took me about a month to get my damper and I was mad about that. Sorry to hear about ur situation. I had to personally contact them in order to figure out what was going on.........and I did not feel that they provided very good customer service and was relieved when i got my product.

well i've been talking to the owner, he said he was having problems with one of the partners of the company and is getting this sorted out for a launch of new products in the new year.

It took me 7 weeks to get my damper. When I finally got it, it didn't even fit because the workmanship was so bad-after some grinding and repainting I got it to work. They also just sent me an email saying that they now have ported intake manifolds for 4G94....yeah, I'll be ordering one of those from them right away.....NOT!!!

just a little fyi... marco is not the owner of NSC crypto. he is a rep for the company. he can help you with any problems, but its not his company.

and i am in no way affiliated with them either other than they're friends of mine

I got mine about two weeks after i ordered it. Sold it about two weeks after that.
Needless to say i was a little dissappointed. The only modification i noticed from it was a wierd creaking noise when starting out and letting out the clutch.
