wassup fellas ...... i was looking at some cast iron turbo manifolds for lancer and I was just wondering if its even worth the attempt ??? heres the breakdown that i got ....

manifold = $180
turbo = $600
intercooler core = $600
custom piping = $400
misc. = $500

so a little over 2k...... you guys think its worth it ?

 

Where were you looking at the manifold?

 

why is this on the 2008 lancer board? do you have one?

And possibly some other things...oh yeah, tuning.
A bit more than $2000 depending on where you get the parts. And yes it would definately be worth turboing if you are interested in adding any power to your car. Don't waste money on all the NA mods.

 

look into the TSI kit. it comes with just about everything. a few custom fittings are needed and an extra part or two. but it is in the $2k price range and from what i've read it is pretty good. One guy had his on for 3 years with no problems
