It's gonna sit and depreciate regardless, cuz there's not much of a chance to off your car for $18,000. That hurts just thinking about it. Best of luck to you, but you're gonna take a huge hit regardless of whether you trade the car in or keep it.

Didn't it seem a little steep to pay $25k for an entry level sedan?

U.S. Dollars. I didnt realize that it was 25k until afterward when I got home. They asked me for a downpayment of $2,500 when i first went in. I guess they picked on me since I went by myself. It would have been cheaper but I guess what they did was jack up the price for the seats. Now that I went to research. I could have gotten the same thing for $400. They charged me 2k around for the seats. then the sunroof.. man... well.. now i got enough knowledge..... .... i guess i better go look at my contract again. Didn't read it yet. Still @ work.

Check and see if they charged you for an extended warranty, if they did, you can cancel it and get some money back. I did that with my car last month, I'll be getting somewhere between $1100-$1200 back. Still waiting for the check in the mail, they said 4-6 weeks to get it and it's been 51/2 weeks so any day now! Good luck!

If they did charge me for the extended warranty, wouldn't it be on the contract? If it is on the contract, then isnt it impossible to change or cancel anything? Since I already signed it?
