some people said the reception is bad. get s2k or element antenna instead.

 

just get it, its fine. I got my antenna from ebay. a new antenna isn't something worth spending more than $20 on. you can probably find an even cheaper one than that if you look around.

Never had a problem with my reception at all. Works just fine, and it was free.

 

Maybe I should just snap it off. I plan on having my car for 7 years or so, and I never use FM because of Sirius. If I screw up snapping it off some how (lol), I could always buy this for $13.

yeah so i snapped it off, and it's got a white tip now lol. guess i'm going to buy a short one, cause i don't wanna have to worry with painting the tip and then having to repaint it down the road.

 

I just took a black permanent marker and colored that in. never turned white again.

dont cut it off. keep the stocker and get a real shorty one. after a week, youll be over the fact that youve spent $25 on your antenna. im sure youll like it anyways. my reception dropped but when i decide that i want better reception, i can always install my stocker back.

 

He already cut it. But why not cut it? It doesn't look bad, reception isn't bad, and he doesn't listen to the radio. So why spend money when there are just some things you can do for free?
