Help With 08 Lint Problem

I just got a 08 Lancer and the the first day I got the car, the car seat has alot of lint already. Anyone know a solution for prevention of lint like sprays etc. I know you can get those roll tape things that you get lint off your clothes, but I was wondering is there any sprays or stuff i can put on to prevent it?

a lot of times those little rolly things dont get all the lint, or take really long to do a decent job.. try some duct tape wrapped around your hand sticky side out, its what i end up doing everytime someone wears a sweater in my car

Attracting lint is just one of thoses things that happens with the type of fabric on the GTS seats. My 95 SE-R has the same fabric, and it's been a lint magnet for the past 150,000 miles. I just rub my fingers on the seats and it rolls into little ***** or strands, which I just pick up and throw away. Never bothers me.

I hate this lint. I sweep my car like 3 times a week and it is a never ending battle. I have been thinking about getting some seat covers. I know that mitsu offers some and there are some aftermarket covers out there to but I dont want anything that looks tacky.
